Sweden
All orders are sent as registered letters with PostNord and are fully trackable. Delivery time is usually 1–2 business days within Sweden.
If no size adjustment is needed, your order will leave our warehouse the next business day. If the jewelry needs to be adjusted, such as engraving or resizing, it will be shipped within 2–3 business days.
Free shipping and free returns within 30 days always apply within Sweden. Try your jewelry in the comfort of your home, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can easily return it via our returns page.
Norway
All orders to Norway are shipped with insured FedEx shipping. We offer two delivery options:
FedEx® Connect Plus: Delivered within 2–4 business days, directly to your home.
FedEx® Priority: Delivered within 1–2 business days, directly to your home.
Orders without size adjustments are shipped the next business day. For adjustments such as engraving or resizing, your order will be shipped within 2–3 business days.
Free returns within 30 days also apply for Norway.
USA
All orders to the USA are shipped with insured FedEx shipping:
FedEx® Connect Plus: 2–4 business days
FedEx® Priority: 1–2 business days
If no adjustment is needed, your order is shipped the next business day. Adjusted jewelry is shipped within 2–3 business days.
Returns within 30 days are accepted, but a return fee of $29 USD applies for orders from the USA.

The size shown as default on the product page is always the jewelry’s original size. If you want a different size, you can easily adjust this on the product page. The price will then automatically update to reflect the cost of the size adjustment.
Rings
We can adjust the size of almost all rings. Some models and ring types may be exceptions, but this will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Necklaces & Bracelets
Almost all necklaces and bracelets can be shortened to your desired length. Please note that these can only be made shorter than their original length, not longer.

Restored to like-new condition
All jewelry marked OroRenew™ goes through our unique restoration process. It all begins when a piece arrives at our in-house workshop team, where our master goldsmiths carefully analyze the jewelry.
Restoration
Once the jewelry has passed our initial inspection, we begin the restoration to a completely like-new state. We meticulously treat each piece using the best techniques on the market, all to restore the jewelry to its original condition.
Surface Finishing
This is followed by the surface finishing with our HLY Signature Finish™ – a specially developed method created in collaboration with master polisher Stephen M. Goldsmith.
Ultrasound Treatment
All jewelry is cleaned both before and after restoration. First in a special solution, then with ultrasound, and finally with a gentle steam cleaning for maximum shine.
Quality control
Before the jewelry is added to our inventory, it undergoes our thorough quality control. Everything from clasps to stone settings is carefully inspected one last time to ensure it meets our high standards and is in perfect, like-new condition.
