Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. That’s why you have 30 days to return your item from the date you receive it.

To return an item:
1. Click the link to go to Self-Service Returns
2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a return request
3. Once we approve your return request, a QR code or shipping label will be sent to you.
4. When we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

We always cover the cost of return shipping.

Please note that custom-made items, such as jewelry that has been engraved or resized, are not eligible for returns. If you cancel a purchase of a customized item, a restoration fee of 900 SEK will apply.

Claims & Warranty
If an item deviates significantly from the product description, you have the right to file a claim. Contact us by email and we will assist you further.

We also offer a lifetime warranty on our jewelry against manufacturing defects (not normal wear and tear).
