All jewelry from Hailey’s is covered by a lifetime warranty that covers manufacturing defects. Each piece sold has been professionally restored to mint condition in our own workshop – from stone setting to finishing and reinforcement as needed.

What is covered:
Structural manufacturing defects
Craftsmanship or production flaws

What is not covered:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Loss or theft (we recommend insuring your jewelry)

Important about third-party work:
Any alterations or resizing performed by an external jeweler will void the warranty.

Shipping costs:
For warranty or repair issues, we cover round-trip shipping.

Need a repair outside of warranty?
We’re happy to help! Repairs not covered by the warranty are quoted individually depending on the type of work.
