Eternity rings are, along with the classic plain band, the most common wedding rings. An Eternity Ring is a ring style most often set with diamonds along the band. There are generally three types of eternity rings: full eternity, half eternity, and quarter eternity. In other words, it refers to how much of the band is set with diamonds or other types of gemstones.
