1. Information
The brand Hailey's jewelry house sells restored items. The brand is owned by Haileys Jewelry house AB, 559379-3564. Sales in the webshop are published and reported only through Hailey's jewelry house website (haileysjewelryhouse.se). Hereafter referred to as Hailey's.
Sales are only made to persons of legal age.
2. Payment
Prices
All prices listed on the website are in Swedish Krona including VAT and excluding shipping fees. All items are restored goods, unless otherwise stated. This is usually indicated under the item's name on each product page. All items are sold with margin taxation.
Payments in Hailey's webshop are handled through our partner Klarna, which accepts the following payment methods: Invoice, installment, Swish, credit and debit cards. For more information, please visit Klarna's website.
Order confirmation
Upon making a purchase, the customer always receives an order confirmation within 1 hour of payment. The order confirmation contains the following:
- Billing and shipping address
- Choice of payment method via Klarna
- Choice of shipping method
- Amount excluding and including VAT
- General information
- Contact information for Hailey'
3. Shipping
After payment for an order placed in the webshop, the item is usually shipped the next business day. Hailey’s reserves the right to postpone the shipping date by up to 5 business days. All purchases from Hailey’s are shipped free of charge with Postnord. Shipping covers insurance, postage, and packaging. Hailey’s is responsible for the item until it has been signed for by the recipient.
All deliveries within Sweden are sent via Postnord. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that the package has not been opened before collecting it. A collected package that has previously been opened will not be replaced. If there is any suspicion, the customer should refuse to collect the package.
4. Products
Items sold in the webshop are always sold as is. Unless otherwise stated, the condition of the item is restored. The items are assigned an “Average Store Price” based on valuation experience and previous sales prices of similar items. The average store price is set to provide the buyer with an indication and guidance regarding the item's value.
Prices stated in “kr” or “:-” always refer to SEK.
5. Complaints
If there is a significant discrepancy between the item and its product page, including the accompanying image, description, specification, and price, the buyer may file a complaint regarding the item in question. Hailey’s is not responsible for natural changes and wear in materials. In the event of a complaint, the buyer must contact Hailey’s via email and provide the information requested in the correspondence.
After confirmation from Hailey’s regarding the complaint, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping. The return must be packaged and shipped as it was received, or in such a way that the risk of shipping damage is eliminated. The return must be sent as soon as possible after confirmation. Upon receipt of the return, if the criteria for complaint are met, the buyer is entitled to reimbursement for the return shipping cost. Refunds are made within 5 business days after the complaint is approved. If the criteria for complaint are not met, the item will be returned to the buyer as soon as possible via registered cash on delivery, where a fee of 199 SEK is paid upon collection at the postal agent.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry for events caused by manufacturing defects, but not for wear and tear.
6. Right of Withdrawal
All customers have the right to exercise their right of withdrawal for purchases made in the webshop in accordance with the Distance Selling Act; Law (2005:59). Hailey’s offers its customers a 30-day return policy from the date the buyer receives the item. To use the right of withdrawal, the buyer must contact Hailey’s via email. After confirmation from Hailey’s, the item must be returned as soon as possible, in the same manner as it was received. Refunds are made within 5 business days from the date Hailey’s receives the return. Hailey’s always covers the cost of return shipping.
Unclaimed shipments or refusal to accept a shipment are not considered exercising the right of withdrawal. Custom-made items according to the customer’s specifications are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
The 30-day right of withdrawal does not apply if the item has been altered in any way or if it has been engraved. Examples of alterations include resizing a ring to the customer’s requested size or lengthening/shortening a bracelet or necklace. If you wish to withdraw from such a purchase, a restoration fee of 900 SEK will be charged.
7. Reservations
Hailey’s is not responsible for any typographical errors, misprints, or discrepancies between product images and actual products on this website. We also reserve the right for possible stock discrepancies where a sold item is out of stock before we have updated the website. In such cases, the amount for the item will be credited and any remaining order will be shipped according to the terms.
